my daughter is 3 year old her milk tooth 🦷 has loosen what to do?

A. You have to get a check with the dentist because this is way too early and this is not happening correct if your child fall down and got hurt then it’s a different thing because you know then it can lose an app but if it is losing up naturally then that’s not good
