my daughter is 3 year 8month. her Wight is 10 kg .she didn't drink milk .and do not eat vejitable.

So Your child is not eating anything neither is your child drinking milk properly then obviously the weight of your child is going to get affected for a three year olds I’ll 10 KG is supremely less you don’t like your child is about 4 to 5 KG underweight as of now please take on advice from the nutritionist
