Q.

my daughter is 3 months old, she sleeps straight for 6 7 hours and in day time she sleeps while feeding or max half hour, how to manage this sleep regression?

A. you can allow the baby to sleep maximum for 5 hours without feeding but not more than that to maintain good health in baby. You can pinch on the toes of the baby or tickle on the cheeks. So that the baby wakes up and takes the feeding. Also if there is gases in the stomach baby try to stop feeding and then feel sleepy so give proper burping after each feed

But that’s completely alright if the child sleeps for a longer duration for 6 to 7 hours at a stretch there is no problem with that because that’s actually good for mental and physical growth of your child so you should let your child sleep and feed only when the child wakes up and demands for it
