my daughter is 3 months old now she is both formula and breastfeeding she is passing watery and yellow and green motion from last 3days per day 6/7times please help me to get rid of it

A. dear mom. ifit is completely watery, n ur baby has reduced feeding intrest, tgan it is not normal, goid to meet ur doc in person. keep good hygien.
