Q.

My daughter is 3 months 12 days old her head is still not steady. Little bit wobbling and she is not looking down, always keeping her head upwards.. i think by this time her head should b steady… and i feel her neck muscles are little stiff as i try to make her head keep on my shoulder to sleep she doesn’t do that.

A. neck holding of the child should be present by 4 months to maximum 5 months of age. regular massage of the back as well as txhe neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area. if neck holding and head holding is not proper by the end of 5 months it is important to meet the doctor for examination txo find the cause of delayed milestones
