My daughter is 3 month 5days old. She is fussy and cranky. Her body weight is 4.6 kg Is there any problem in her growth and development? Is there any cause to worry about her body weight? I am waiting for the reply sir/mam

weight is good enough
but as child is feeling fussy and cranky first check his or her basic needs are fulfilled or not.
i.e. hunger, sleep ,need of Diaper change, comfort
second , sometimes babies feel overstimulated and can be fussy and cranky
so in that condition, they need quiet and calming cuddling
try warm bath or calming massage to soothe your baby
