my daughter is 3 month 26 days old. she has swollen gum. from last 2 to 3 days she bite her finger and somtime she is so cranky. these symtoms are tooth coming?kindly suggest some remidies. and can i give her teether

You can provide baby hug teether do yo baby. It is one of the best show your baby. Can’t you eat it will also give relief in gum Spain. Rather than this you can start doing a massage with your fingertip twice a day. It will also give relief in pain issues.
