my daughter is 3 and half months. she was having fever, cough and cold. along with other medicine we gave her dabur janam ghutti after which her voice change. is this serious

A. kindly avoid giving it. let him first revover. give your little one all adviced medicine as per priscribed. increase breast feeding your baby for better recovery. ok
