my daughter is 3.9 years old weighing 16kg, having running nose when she goes to school. how much dosage of maxtra syrup should I give?

A. Sinarist would be a better choice because it is anti allergic and specially for running nose only so I would recommend you to go for this one if you want to use what you are using then according to the weight of your child would be somewhere around 4 to 4.5 ML so you can give it according to the child 4.5 would be more appropriate
