my daughter is 3.9 years old, she has currently 20 teeths total, and noticing a white gum at the emd of each molars.. are new molars erupting??? can it come so early?

A. Hello ma’am, normally molars will come around the age of six years. It might be something else. It is better to visit your dentist once as he or she might be able to guide you better after checking
