Q.

My daughter is 3.8 yrs old. She is having iron deficiency so doctor has prescribed her min min syrup. On google i found that this syrup is not to be given to less than 6 yrs old kid. So pls tell me should I give this to my child is it safe for her. Dear pedestrians pls suggest.

A. She is not eating non veg

A. For older children, good sources of iron include red meat, chicken, fish, beans and spinach.
