Q.

My daughter is 3.8 yrs and I notice slow growth in her height. She is just 92cms now and shorter than most of the kids in her age group. Anything I need to focus on in her diet? or any nutrition supplement is reqd? please advise

A. Hi Mom, For nutritional supplement you should consult with your child doctor. Add beans, chicken, almonds, leafy green vegetables, yogurt, dals, sweet potatoes eggs etc. Food rich in proteins vitamin and minerals can make a person grow taller. So make sure to add all these nutrients into your child's diet.
