My daughter is 3.8 years and she is having cold and today I saw a wax in her ear, due to which her ear is paining. What else need to do so that the wax will come out

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you have to clean the ears of the child only externally with cotton cloth.
do not use anything like earbuds to clean the internal ear.
this will only do more harm as wax will get impacted inside deep and will cause more problem.
if you feel that the child is having some problemsf in the internal ear then kindly meet your doctor for examination.
if the child is having wax problem and not improving with drops you havef to get it removed with the help of your ent doctor.
if there is pain you can give paracetamol to the child for pain
