my daughter is 3.8 year's old, she got severe fever and mouth ulcers , doctor suggested orahelp gel to apply twice, we are using since 2 days, but still she is unable to eat or drink , can someone help me why she is getting this mouth ulcers often , in last 1month she got it thrice. is it because of not eating fruits ?
