my daughter is 3.5ye she have fever at 10pm I have given ibgesplus 3ml but it won't work still she have fever now it 12.30 now can I give meftal p

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be agaifn repeatedg after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
