my daughter is 3.5month old and having loose motions from last 10days we have given her taxim-o 3.5ml twice a day and drop z&d .5ml once a day. she is on formula feed. Yesterday she did normal potty but from today morning she is doing loose motions again and again also from afternoon I have seen blood traces in her motions please advise

Blood in the motion is usually a sign for stomach infection I would recommend you to consult your doctor again a course of antibiotics may have to be given again to control the issue and if needed you can get a stool test done for your child to clear the picture
