My daughter is 3.5 yr old her fever is on and off also coughing and runny nose on and off from many days. Giving medication also but no 100% result. We have travel to my hometown which has very bad humid and hot weather but at night there will be fog. Any suggestion

A. Mam it could be a viral infection or viral fever if the medicines are continuously happening continue with that along with that check with your doctor how benefiting it is going to be if you start giving steam to the child and nebulising the child I think that will give a good release
