At 3.5 months, babies may have difficulty latching or breastfeeding when their nose is blocked because they need to breathe through their nose while feeding. Try saline nasal drops and gentle suction before feeding, and offer breastfeeds frequently. Medicines can sometimes affect feeding, so give only medicines prescribed by her pediatrician. If she continues refusing feeds, has fewer wet diapers, fever, unusual sleepiness, or any breathing difficulty, please contact her pediatrician promptly.”

Teething and distraction can really be a very big reason where kids refuse to take the feed while they’re awake but the child is having congestion or not that I cannot tell you without a physical child properly try to feed the child in isolation by making it playful for the child takes the feed and if you’re unable to do so then consult your doctor
