my daughter is 3.4years and has fever from afternoon I have given her p120 but her is still 104.3

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. cold sponging also in addition to paracetamol Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
