My daughter is 3.3yrs old. she is having cough. can I give her duolin and budecart together?

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. gualong with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalgation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
