My daughter is 2yrs old. Wat can I give for evening time snacks. which is better and healthier option in this rainy seasons ?

A. You can offer vegetable upma, moong Dal cheela with paneer, sheera upma, peanut butter with bread, lightly toasted paneer pieces, ready to eat food like multigrain ladoo, dates roll, fruits etc.
