My daughter is 2years 6months old, when she is 6 months old only I was able to hear gur gur sound in her throat but not always when she takes breath from her mouth. she does not have any cold or cough.

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperatured variations.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhalerd therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine
