my daughter is 2years 10 months old she suffering from cuff with plum can i use attached medicine and how to use this medicine plz suggests me sir

First of all this is for dry cough and secondly it is for adults not for kids know were written on the medicine that this is a paediatric medicine so I cannot advised to give any medicine which is for adult if it is for kids and you are sure about it then you can probably give it but otherwise not
