you can go for any recipes and flavours and taste according to the the preference of the child.
start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity.
you can go for different colour plates as well as different size plates to make eating more attractive.
also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of dappetite in the child.
you can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it more calorie rich.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello the child is still small and would be better to slowly try with all kind of food and there is no restriction with what food you can give your child at this age and slowly get your child used to all kind of food and make it healthy and nutritious when you give for the child
