my daughter is 23yrs old she wakeup in 1 hrs in ngt.she wakes 5 to 6 times in ngt.her sleep is not sound. plz suggest some thing for her sound sleep

A. Your child is 23 months old or 23 days old that you have not mentioned I think 23 years definitely is not there if you’re facing so much of problem with feeding of your child or disturb disturbed sleep then put cotton into the years of the child maybe it is just due you to being light sleeper
