my daughter is 22 months she falls evertytime she runs what nutrition should I include in her diet to make her strong

A. Hello mom you need to strengthen her body .. so good quality protein , calcium and vitamin D is essential. You can give massages and exposure to morning sunlight . Foods such as if preferred eggs , fish , dry fruits and nuts , milk, panner , ghee, variety of dals , chana , rajma etc soya , millets based diets are also helpful especially ragi
