My daughter is 22 months old how can I gain her weight? which foods should I give to her?

A. Hai good afternoon !! If baby is active,in average range of weight, achieving milestones,good at cognitive skills,fine motor skills, speaking small words then don't worry about weight. Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal (urad dal ladoo with ghee, idly with Ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer,dal rice, curd rice, dal kichdi,egg, meat, fish,dry fruits and nuts powder in cerelac or kheer, soaked nuts, nuts Barfi helps in increasing weight.
