It appears that your kid is suffering from some kind of skin infection and it is better to visit a doctor for proper examination so that the issue can be diagnosed and appropriate treatment can be started at the right time. Avoid applying any cream or oil on the boil affected areas. Maintain proper hygiene. Do not squeeze the boil.
