my daughter is 2 yr 7 months old. few weeks back she had viral fever now she recovered but she's having severe constipation. she cries alot while pooping.what can be done to give relief#asktheexpert

Currently you can give some laxative for easy pooping some stool softener after consulting the doctor but on general basis I would recommend you to give more of liquids to the child and fibre is that that will help in better pooping and will also reduce down the issue of constipation to your child
