Try to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, fish, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, rice water and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals alongwith variety of fluids everyday.
