Q.

#My daughter is 2 years old . But she does not speak much! Occasionally mumma and papa and then she blabbers in her baby language.She does not point to things but she can convey what she needs. Sometimes does not respond to name as well. Does not fear people or stay away from crowd .Anything to worry

A. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come. try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.

A. hi dear You may notice that your child's development goes at its own unique pace. And that's OK — at least most of the time. Still, if you're worried that your 2-year-old isn't talking as much as their peers, or that they're still babbling versus saying actual words, it's a valid concern.
