Q.

My daughter is 2 years 8 months old She is having fever since yesterday When i give ibujesic the fever comes down and again rises when its effect is over Any home rememdy???

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibgfuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

A. Hi mommy Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Do sponging with salt water Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash hands often before touching your baby
