my daughter is 2 year and 4 month old. she got bacterial infenction in her stomach in 2 3 months. what should i do ?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.4 years old and she is having a bacterial infection in her tummy so give her proper antibiotic and get her stools examined for the offending bacteria

A. if the child 2 and half years old is having some bacterial infection of the stomach it needs to examine properly and accordingly medicine should be given so consult your doctor at once
