Give her a bowl and a spoon to eat and let her eat on her own while creating a mess and playing with the food. This is how she will learn to eat independently. Offer her favourites along with the new foods that you want to introduce in her diet. Offer small portions of food and give more only when she asks. Avoid distractions during meal times like TV, laptop, mobile phone, tablet etc. The kid should always eat along with the family so that she learns healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Offer colourful foods on colourful plates and in colourful bowls and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters. Offer finger foods.
