My daughter is 2.9 years old and has rashes on the body whenever she scratches. They were not itchy though. We reside in USA. Is it because of weather ? What could be the reason for scratches ? Request to please check. Thanks in advance.Attached image for reference.

A. hi its hives or we can call it utecaria it is caused by food reaction , or it can be genetical too i was having same issue , but i got complete cure from it through homeopathy only so i would suggest to opt for it only.
