My daughter is 2.8 yr old she is having fever since yesterday and she’s having cough due to which her voice is no same as before. Her voice is changed . What to give her?

Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day. By giving this the voice will be normal and give relief from cough and cold.
Also apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and throat of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
