Q.

my daughter is 2.6 yrs old.... how to introduce a toothpaste to her as she is not able to learn spitting... I simply brush her teeth with finger brush

A. hi your baby is 2.5 years old now if baby can't spit toothpaste then just use a baby toothbrush also kid toothpaste is free from harmful chemicals so even if she swallows no worry

A. Hello Ma’am After the age of 1.5 years it is always recommended to start brushing your child’s teeth and you should go for a fluoride free toothpaste till the age of five years because kids initially do not know how to gargle and spit out which is my fluoride free paste are recommended because that way even if a child in takes the paste and does not gargle or spit it out it is completely safe so need not worry about it
