Q.

My daughter is 2.5 years old. She is having fever from night and did vomitting also in early morning. I don’t know how she has fever in this monsoon season. Does it need to worry?

A. it's viral fever. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given onlyx after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

A. Infections are very aggravating during the time of monsoon season so maybe it is stomach infection or indigestion something like that which is why your child is having vomiting in a fever right now please consult your doctor and you have to take care of hygiene mode during the rainy season
