My daughter is 2.5 years but she is not listening what we are saying she is on her own world is the problem with my child

A. Then can we see what happens when the child does not respond to its name which your child previously was there is no eye contact no understanding not even paying attention if you were saying you know for them there is no existence of any sound so this can be an issue associated with delayed growth of the child this case should consult a child psychologist
