Q.

my daughter is 2.1 years old, she take her dinner at 8.30p.m. but at night like 4.30 a.m. she became hungry at that time what can I give when she is in sleep? Breastfeeding is not sufficient for her at that time.

A. It’s not a good idea to breastfeed the child over the age of two years if you want you can give milk or instead of giving food give water to the child you know you have to get your child into habit of sleeping through the night so instead of giving anything to eat or drink prefer giving water that is much better for you to do
