my daughter is 1yr7m old ,she got pimple type thing on her tongue she get lots of saliva from her mouth,she is not eating nd not drinking milk what can I do I can't understand anything

A. hello mom could possibly be a tummy issue , how is her motion and urine output been for her ? please get her examined. keep on fluids and avoid high flavoured and spicy foods . her water intake should be good
