my daughter is 1yr 10 months her weight is 10kg and she is thin , shall try to make her eat all the things she is too choosy but she is active and healthy, wt extra supplements I need to give her

A. dear parent, until 2 years u shud not give any supplements. for healthy weight gain give protein rich foods like eggs, non veg foods, pulses, legumes, beans, milk, curd, paneer, cheese.

A. That’s very good to know that your child is active and healthy but the weight of the child is not proper it’s actually less you really need to work upon an appetite that your child would enjoy to eat which will help in better weight gain and growth of your child
