Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 10 m old boy7 years agoA. meftal p is given for high grade and prolonged fever so if your child is 1 year old then you can give 2.5 ml of meftal p syrup and do not repeat it before 6 hours but still if your child is having fever it is advisable to get consultation with your pediatrician once
