my daughter is 1year 10 month old.on yesterday she was fall on the floor when she was walking.after 1minute she was vomiting.there in no injury in her head shown. today she is normal. can i consult my dr

Do cold fomentation locally at site of fall.
Watch for steel and redness.
In case of persistent vomiting, abnormal body movement, excessive irritability consult near by hospital.
