Q.

my daughter is 18 months old (twins, near term, born at 36 weeks).. she doesn't poop daily, but does so once in 2-3 days. her stools are usually pretty hard. she does eat a banana almost daily, some vegetables too, and is mostly on rice diet(like curd rice, rice rasam with vegetables, lemon rice etc).. yet so hard stools.. how to get to a better state?
