My daughter is 18 months old from last night she struggling with high fever plz advice good solution for her or any medicine π

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. give meftal p 12 hourly in such a case clinical assessment is needed once so you should contact your nearby doctor to get physical examination done for proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given it will be better .

Ibujesic Plus you can give to the child if the fever is higher than 102Β° fahrenheit and if it is lower than that then you start giving regular paracetamol to the child and start doing Thande Paani ki patti on to the forehead and behind the knees of your child that will help in bringing down the temperature faster than usual
