My daughter is 18 months old... Does oatmeal add additional nutrients for her growth or any specific diet to be followed?

A. Hello At 1.5 year, you can give all home made foods that are cooked for entire family Oats is a healthy whole grain. it contains fibre. protein, important micronutrients & can be given daily in recipes like upma.khichadi, porridge, flour in chapati, paratha, utappa. give lot of vegetables, fruits , nuts & Protein rich foods for Healthy growth
