Q.

My daughter is 17 months old. As per the weight chart she is not in the given range as per her age. My concern is inspite of giving her all family healthy and nutritious food, she is becoming skinny. As per required milestone development, she has achieved all on time. She eats well and is active always. We are wondering whatever she is eating, where is it getting absorbed. Is there anything need immediate attention to this? Please advise.

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Serve your child with healthy homemade foods in cute Babyhug bowls to encourage healthy eating. Good luck and take care
