Q.
My daughter is 17 months old and i starts her potty training but she is not comfortable although she is passing urine in a commode but not passing stool and today even she didn't poop for the whole day. Is this normal not to poop during training process. Help me out and suggest me how to train her.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Potty Training can be started after the age of 2 yrs.for this you need to develop a conditioned reflex in the child by fixing a particular time regularly in whivrhch the child should be sitted over the potty seat .do not force the child instead make it a playful activity and not to make the child repulsive about it.slowly the child will learn to indicate before the time.
