Q.

My daughter is 16month old, I have not yet been introduced to solids to her. how can I introduce what can be given?

A. have been given boiled rice and vegetables smashed and filtered for a paste form, this is the lunch to her.. in the morning and evening giving the ragi cherry/malt.. if I give dosa idly or any little fruits smashed and offer to her, she refuses to eat and not even try also.. she loves to drink a lot of water.. she is completely breastfeed baby. kindly suggest

A. If you haven’t introduced solids to the child as of now what were you giving that’s the first question because proper solid food should be given from the age of 9 to 10 months and semi solid from the age of six months so now if your child has proper teacher child how to chew the food and that is how you can offer food to the child and teach the child to chew the food well
